FIRM HISTORY

Phillip B. Smith Architect, LLC, established in 1999, is an architectural design firm with 24 years of service in Cape Girardeau and the surrounding area. The types of projects represented in our portfolio include business, educational, medical offices, industrial, religious, municipal, restaurant and hospitality. Project design includes new building design, adaptive re-use and building additions.

 

Throughout our history, Phillip B, Smith Architect, LLC, has remained focused on one goal: to assist our clients in managing the critical issues of time, quality and cost from conception through close-out.

 

Our primary objective has always been to save our clients time and money on every project, and to deliver the highest quality outcome that meets or exceeds their expectations.
