MONTGOMERY BANK CONFERENCE & TRAINING

This project included renovation of an existing 25,600 SF building to be the conference and training center for Montgomery Bank and house a portion of their corporate offices.

 

The facility includes 11,208 SF of office space and a 12,226 SF Conference and Training Center with a 160-seat tiered auditorium featuring state-of-the-art lighting controls, sound, video and seating. The design included a training room, board room, flexible meeting spaces, restrooms, kitchen, catering bar, public gathering spaces, and a fourth phase 2,166 SF call center.
