Addition and interior renovation to existing church for new classrooms, concourse connection to fellowship building, library, child care suite, elevator and restrooms. The lower level classrooms were also renovated. The existing parking was re-designed and re-paved with concrete. Exterior design for parking was coordinated with the city’s design to close the adjacent street. Construction consisted of concrete retaining walls, structural steel and bar joist, concrete masonry and brick veneer walls with synthetic stucco accents.
